Ibu A.A. Rita Dewi, S.E., widely recognized amongst the Balinese dancers in Ubud as a talented lady who excels in dance. This Villa Management & Property in Ubud was established with the concept of combining realty services with the Balinese excellent Local Touch. This basic concept is vividly displayed through the choice of our logo, a Red Lotus Flower. The Lotus flower mostly used in Hindu belief, functions as the base on which gods and goddesses stand and meditate and symbolizes the purity in body, mind and soul whereas the choice of red representing strength, passion and love. This flower and color do represent the way we serve from the pure heart with passion and love for all our clients.
Divided into two departments, management and property, each holds this basic concept firmly throughout giving service. We listen and accommodate every request and use our best efforts to satisfy our clients. In the property department, we continuously update our list of land, villas and houses either for rent or for sale. We listen with our passion from heart to assist those who are thinking of investing in Bali, we accommodate any questions, suggestions and advice of those in doubt, and the ones loyally and comfortably coming to us again expecting always to get the best only from Red Lotus Ubud.
In the management department, we provide two major services, all absolutely done with passion, one of which is managing property e.g. villas or houses with regard to its maintenance, staffing and also marketing.
