The Space

The bedrooms are spread over two separate buildings in the compound, each having its own en suite bath & patio. There is a private pool and fully-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for large families or groups, Matured fruit trees and colorful flowers are all over the lush garden. The buzz of crickets & chirping of birds punctuates the air throughout the day. The atmosphere is a feast to the senses.

Guest Access

Guests can access various facilities in the common areas of this private residential sanctuary – such as the 30 meter lap pool, an outdoor Pavilion for private yoga lessons and an elegant Club House for large social gatherings. The gated estate has round-the-clock security and support services by a dedicated team led by a Property Manager to look after your needs.

Interaction with Guests

Guests are ensured total privacy within the perimeter of the separate Villa. Staff will be on the premises to do daily Housekeeping and pool maintenance from 9am to 5pm. The whole estate is 1.7 hectares and gives a feeling of vastness. It has plenty of space for children to play or simply hang out by the common pool.

The Neighborhood

The location is within minutes walking distance to world class amenities, yet it’s very secluded. Within 10 minutes walk is the Four Seasons Resort in Ubud. And 10 minutes drive away is the Ubud Town Center. The famous Monkey Forest is nearby, and the scenic route to the Mt Kintamani volcano is an easy 30 minutes by car.

Getting Around

Local taxi service is easily available and only a phone calls away. A daily-rated car hire with driver is probably the best way to travel around for sightseeing.

For families with children, there is a children’s community playground nearby to keep the youngsters engaged.
